Please read and confirm that you have read the terms & conditions below.

• A £20.00 charge applicable if cancellation contact made LESS THAN 48 hours before hire date.
• A £100.00 refundable deposit is required.
• A utility bill, current driving licence, id card (and counter part, if a new driving licence) MUST ALWAYS BE SEEN, EVEN IF VEHICLES HAVE BEEN HIRED PREVIOUSLY THROUGH ARD.
• All drivers to 25 and over and employed, self-employed or retired: NOT UNEMPLOYED.
• 250 miles day is included in the rental price, additional miles will be charged at 5p per mile.
• Price is for named driver only, additional cover available on request.
• If using your own insurance, the policy MUST be fully comprehensive and ONLY people covered on that insurance policy may drive the vehicle.
• Vehicles are hired per day/ 24hr period and can be collected the night before or the morning of the hire.
• Addional charges may be applicable should a driver's licence have points.
• You must declare any accidents which occured within the previous two (2) years.
• An additional £15.00 plus VAT ADMIN charge for any congestions charge notice, speedng fines, London bus lane charges etc.
